1. Custom Orders
All of our items are handmade and personalized just for you. Please double-check your spelling, dates, coordinates, or custom text before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

3. Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on the item, but most orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. All orders ship with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
